UPrince was born on a jobsite, not in a boardroom. Owner Kurt watched the same scene play out for years: site managers writing up work orders in Excel at the kitchen table at night, project managers learning their per-site margin three weeks after the fact, and accountants stitching together year-end with loose emails.

The observation was simple: there was no software built specifically for the way Belgian utility contractors actually work. Plenty of "all-in-one" promises, few that spoke a site manager's language. So we built it ourselves.

UPrince follows a single project structure: your jobsite broken down into concrete pieces of work, with a plan, a budget and a risk overview that hang together. Not four separate Excel files. Not four separate tools that have to talk via email. One project record that runs from quote to final settlement. That structure is based on the PRINCE2 method.
