UPrince was born on a jobsite, not in a boardroom. Owner Kurt watched the same scene play out for years: site managers writing up work orders in Excel at the kitchen table at night, project managers learning their per-site margin three weeks after the fact, and accountants stitching together year-end with loose emails.

The observation was simple: there was no software built specifically for the way Belgian utility contractors actually work. Plenty of "all-in-one" promises, few that spoke a site manager's language. So we built it ourselves.

UPrince follows a PRINCE2-inspired project structure: a product breakdown, a plan, a budget and a risk register — connected to each other. Not four separate Excel files. Not four separate tools that have to talk via email. One project record that runs from quote to final settlement.
