Water & Sewer
Project software for water and sewer contractors.
For contractors working for Aquafin, Pidpa, Farys and De Watergroep. Sewer execution plans, manholes, pressure mains and separated systems — on one schedule, with KLIP and GIPOD built in.
UPrince is project software for Belgian water and sewer contractors working for Aquafin, Pidpa, Farys and De Watergroep. Sewer execution plans, trenches, manholes, pressure mains and HSE reporting live in the same record — no loose Excel per client.
What a water or sewer site actually demands
Execution plan → work order → as-built
Aquafin's execution plan flows into work orders and as-built without anyone retyping. One record, three moments.
Separated systems without ambiguity
Manholes, pressure mains, stormwater and foul water planned and billed together, clearly linked to the execution plan.
KLIP, trenches and crews
KLIP requests, signage and crews on one plan. No surprises when you start digging.
Variations that add up at the end
Settlements and variations land automatically in the final settlement. No "lost" variations in email threads.
HSE reporting to Aquafin/Pidpa
Final reporting in the required format. Power BI templates for the owner on the side — not in the middle.
Modules that make the difference on a water/sewer site
For water and sewer these tend to lead.
From practice
We work with five subcontractors per site, sometimes six. Each sub used to have their own Excel, and we had our own planning. Once the site got going, no one was on the same page. UPrince just puts those subs on the same plan as my own crews, with the same work orders and the same hours flow. It saves at least two meetings a week.

Frequently asked — water & sewer
Does UPrince work with Aquafin?
UPrince can process the Aquafin execution plan and its reporting requirements within the project record. Final reporting is delivered in the required format.
How does UPrince support separated systems (storm/foul)?
Manholes, pressure mains and separated systems are modelled in the project record, with separate cost items and separate planning per system where needed.
Can we integrate KLIP requests into our planning?
KLIP requests run through the project record and their status is visible on your planning. No separate tab to check whether a site is "KLIP-ready".
Are variations automatically included in the final settlement?
Settlements and variations land on the same project ID and flow automatically into the final settlement. No more manual Excel consolidation.
Does UPrince fit smaller sewer contractors?
UPrince runs today at contractors from 10 to 250 people. For smaller setups: only activate the modules you need today, and expand as you grow.
