We work with five subcontractors per site, sometimes six. Each subcontractor used to have their own Excel, and we had our schedule. Once the site was under way, nobody was on the same page any more. UPrince simply puts those subcontractors on the same schedule as my own crews, with the same work orders and the same hours flow. It saves at least two meetings a week.

Does UPrince work with Aquafin?
UPrince can process the execution plan and reporting requirements of Aquafin, the Flemish wastewater-treatment company, in the project file. The final settlement is delivered in the format Aquafin asks for.
How does UPrince support separate sewer systems (RWA/DWA)?
In UPrince, manholes, pressure mains and separate stormwater (RWA) and foul-water (DWA) systems are modelled in the project file, with separate cost items and a separate schedule per system where needed.
Can we see utility searches on our schedule?
Yes. The LSBUD or NUAR search and its status are kept in the UPrince project file and visible on your schedule. No separate tab to check whether a site is ready to dig.
Is extra work automatically included in the final settlement?
In UPrince, change orders and extra work land on the same project number and flow automatically into the final settlement. No more manual consolidation in Excel.
Is UPrince also a fit for smaller sewer contractors?
