Fibre / FTTH

Project software for fibre contractors in Belgium.

Trench coordination across Fiberklaar, Proximus and Synductis. KLIP and GIPOD at the same table as your planning. Work orders that work offline on site — and don't migrate to the kitchen table at night.

UPrince is project software for fibre contractors in Belgium working for Fiberklaar, Proximus and other FTTH operators. Trenches, manholes, micro-trenching, blowing and splicing live in the same application as your planning, your KLIP reports and your billing. No export juggling between tools.

What a fibre site actually demands

Trench sequence × KLIP × Synductis

Coordinate trenches across Fluvius, Proximus and other utilities. KLIP reports and Synductis status straight from the project record.

FTTH connection with as-built

Customer connection with photo, splice report and tablet signature. As-built stored directly in the right record.

Subcontractors per street

Plan subs alongside your own crews per street or section. One plan, same work orders, no more Excel per crew.

HSE, signage and GIPOD

HSE files, signage plans and GIPOD reports live on the same project — no loose files nobody updates.

Final reporting to Fiberklaar/Proximus

Reporting in the client's required format, without re-juggling exports every month.

Modules that make the difference on a fibre site

Not every module weighs the same for every discipline. For fibre these tend to lead.

From practice

I used to spend an hour every evening typing up the day's work orders in Excel. My crew was happy — they were home at five. I wasn't. With UPrince it happens on the site itself, with the client's signature on the tablet. I'm home at half past five. That's not a software feature, that's one evening per week.

Frequently asked — fibre

Does UPrince work with Fiberklaar and Proximus?

UPrince connects to Fiberklaar and uses the Proximus FTTH work record as a reference inside your own project record. Notifications and connection statuses live next to your planning, not in a separate browser tab.

How does UPrince handle KLIP and GIPOD?

KLIP requests and GIPOD reports are filed and tracked from the project record. No double entry and no missed signage deadlines.

Do work orders work offline?

Yes. Work orders are written on site, on tablet or phone, even without signal. Sync happens when signal returns — photo attachments and client signature are preserved.

Can subcontractors work on the same plan?

Subcontractor management is built in. Subs get the work orders intended for them, record hours and connections on the same record, and their invoices are checked against the award.

What reporting can we send to Fiberklaar/Proximus?

Final reports and interim status updates can be exported directly from UPrince in the required format. Power BI templates are available for management reporting.
