Does UPrince work with Fiberklaar and Proximus?
UPrince connects to Fiberklaar, the Flemish FTTH network builder, and uses the FTTH work file of Proximus, the Belgian telecom operator, as a reference in your own project file. Notifications and connection statuses live next to your schedule, not in a separate browser tab.
How does UPrince handle utility searches and Street Manager permits?
UPrince keeps the LSBUD or NUAR search, the asset owners' plans and the Street Manager permit reference and status in the site file, next to the schedule. You still submit them in LSBUD and Street Manager; UPrince makes sure no site starts without them. In Belgium, KLIP requests and GIPOD notifications are submitted straight from UPrince.
Do the work orders work offline?
Yes. UPrince work orders are filled in on site on a tablet or phone, even without coverage. They sync as soon as there is signal again — photo attachments and the customer's signature are kept.
Can subcontractors work on the same schedule?
Subcontractor management is built into UPrince. Subcontractors get the work orders meant for them, record hours and connections in the same file, and their invoices are checked against the award.
What settlement can we send to Openreach or Hyperoptic?
Final settlements and interim progress reports can be exported straight from UPrince in the format the client asks for. Power BI templates are available for management reporting.
